Our primary goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for your child while in our care. Throughout the day, many opportunities will be offered to enhance their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. This will be achieved through various experiences offered through age and developmentally appropriate activities.
Physical development is enhanced when children participate in fine and gross motor activities. We will provide activities through block play, puzzles, manipulatives, as well as jumping, climbing and running. Nutrition is also very important for development. Our programs participate in the Childcare Food Program. Children are provided breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Intellectual Development is stimulated when children participate in age and developmentally appropriate activities and experiences. Our preschool children are offered curriculum to help prepare them for kindergarten.
Emotional development will be encouraged through verbal expressions of thoughts and feelings. Experiencing rules and limitations, acts of kindness, fairness and justice, as well as empathy.
Social Development is encouraged through opportunities of sharing, taking turns, making friends, problem solving and cooperation, helping others, and most importantly building a positive self-esteem.
Our preschool programs provide age and developmentally appropriate curriculum for children 2 to 5, September through May.
Children in kindergarten through 5th grade are offered recreational activities, before and after school.
Our programs offer fun, adventurous activities June through August.
